◉ CONTEXT

Balabot is my own product: an AI chatbot a business adds to its site with one line of code. It answers visitors from the company's own knowledge base and works on WordPress, Webflow and custom sites.

FROM A NAME TO A PAID PRODUCT

Build the brand, the product and the site around it, with billing and analytics in place from the start.

  • Naming, domain, logo and creative strategy

  • Stripe billing with limits per plan and token limits on the paid tier
  • Subscription management, Google sign-in, email confirmation and account deletion
  • Logs, usage stats and onboarding
  • An allowed-domains list, so each bot runs only on its owner's sites

03SITE AND GROWTH

  • Landing page moved from Swedish to English, with simpler pricing
  • SEO pages and articles, Terms and Privacy
  • GTM, GA4 and Mixpanel from the first visit
